| Cross Match Technologies, Inc., a global provider of biometric identity solutions, today announced that IT/USERS magazine, one of Latin America’s leading technology publications has selected the facial recognition software "Lookout" as winner of the Top IT 2009 Award and the SEEK as the winner of the Editor’s Choice Award for 2009.
“These two Cross Match products were selected to receive IT/USERS Product of the Year Awards for 2009 because they have been instrumental in the explosive growth of innovative biometric ID solutions. The Cross Match "Lookout" is facial identification software used to match facial images against a database watch list. The SEEK brings mobility to biometric identification and is used globally by military and civilian agencies to rapidly identify people.
